Great stuff man... old skool forever.
Love your vids!!! Hip hop, Soul and Funk education right here I flipped when I heard "Feel Me Flow" was a sample of The Meters on vid 24(?).
Very informative. I am a collector with a passion for this type of soul/jazz/funk so please know that your efforts here are valued and deeply appreciated.
I listened carefully to the Smokey Robinson track and could have sworn the begining was sampled by Ice Cube on the track "Dead Homiez".

I have a question for you, DJ. What books did you read when you were a kid? Seriously. I am writing about YA lit for an ezine and I don't know anyone quite like you. I would like to get your perspective.
